Richard Feldman, Esq. Vice-President Richard S. Feldman is a senior partner of Rivkin Radler LLP. As one of the practice group leaders, Mr. Feldman represents, on a national basis, many of America’s largest insurance companies and has litigated in over 100 environmental and other coverage and extra-contractual disputes throughout the United States, including toxic torts, construction defect, products, fraud and reinsurance. Mr. Feldman is a C0-Chair of the Firm’s Law and Computer Technology Practice Group. Currently, Mr. Feldman is a member of the Firm’s Executive Committee and is Chairman of the Firm’s Accounts Receivable Committee. He has co-authored published articles on reinsurance and insurance matters.  Mr. Feldman received his Juris Doctor Degree from SUNY at Buffalo, New York in 1976 and his Bachelor of Arts Degree, cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa from SUNY at Binghamton, New York in 1973. Mr. Feldman is admitted to practice in the State of New York and in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York; the District Court of Columbia; the Supreme Court of the United States; and the United States Court of Appeals, Second and Third Circuits.
